image

Let’s keep it simple. Throw all of the ingredients in a bowl, stir and put in the oven. Here is the recipe, no fancy explanations or photos. Just a simple and great recipe.

3/4 cup flour of choice
1 cup oats

1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk (almond works too)
1 cup applesauce
1.5 tbsp honey
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Cinnamon to your taste
Salt to your taste
Nuts to your taste
375 F in over for 15-20 minutes
Makes 12 and freezable
Yummy and healthy and tastes sort of like a cookie dough. Can’t explain it, but love them!
